We have been enjoying many wonderful activities so far this term. These have included an amazing experiment with funfilled, visting teacher from Wade Deacon, Mrs Evans and making awesome models in topic.
During our experiment, we tested different conditions to see what effected the bacteria's growth on some agar jelly. We wiped the agar jelly with washed hands. Suprisingly, our results showed that, actually, Dettol soap was not as effective as we thought it would be, as it allowed colonies of bacteria to grow!
Models that we made were: wonderful globe models to show lines of longditude and latitude AND Halton bridge models.
In P.E., we have been learning archery and cricket. We've had lots of fun!
